Refund Policy

Before your results are delivered

A full refund, no questions, any time before your results email arrives. One email does it.

After delivery

Your deliverables are real files and implemented records, so a delivered engagement can't be un-delivered — but if within 14 days you believe the work didn't match what these pages promised, write to us. We will either make it right or refund you; we don't argue with reasonable people.

Concierge

The concierge add-on is refundable in full until installation begins on your site.

How to ask

Email refunds@aihalo.ca from your purchase address with your order reference. Refunds land back on the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
